Anil is much taken by Billo’s resemblance to a character who appears on TV advertising a local fruit drink. Apparently this hapless individual drinks from the can, wipes his hairless head and with a sigh of satisfaction and murmurs longingly “M-a-r-i-n-d-a-a-a”. As a consequence Anil has rechristened Billo “Marinda” or if he’s being particularly formal “Meester Marinda”. I think that it is likely to stick.
