Tea is a long business in Delhi

Three o'clock on day 1 - fancy a cup of tea? YES...good idea. Tea making in a fine Delhi roadside tea shack is a very complicated multi stage process. You would have to see it to actually believe what happened. And it takes very long time...something like:

1. Sit for 20 minutes when nice man brings menu
2. Sit for 18 minutes and then order tea - Ginger for Donny, Mint for Billo
3. Sit for 23 minutes and enquire what happened to tea.
4. Oh it's coming sir.
5. Meanwhile families come and eat and go and cows and more cows wander on by thinking to themselves "the old tea trick, I'd rather be a cow"
6. 22 minutes go by and man put two desert spoons on table with two colourful napkins

7. Sit for 17 minutes
8. Tea came delivered with a life weary smile
9. Wow!!

Tea tasters notes - the ginger was spectacularly good and the mint looked and tasted like hot seaweed.

Motto - good things come to those who wait except mint tea!!
